Nigerai’s CcHUB has announced that applications are now open for its 2018 incubation program.

In a statement sent via email and signed by Chidinma Nwogbo, Programs Officer, CcHUB said deadline for submitting an application is March 16, 2018, adding that the program is also open to startup teams, from anywhere in the world, looking to grow their business in Africa (particularly Nigeria).

The statement disclosed that the 12-month program targets tech startups that have gained some traction, generating revenue, address a clear need/want and have the potential to scale. “The core focus of the program is on enabling startups to gain more traction and access funding post-incubation,” it added.

The benefits of the program, according to the statement include: hands-on business support, equity funding of up to $25,000, direct access to follow-on funding of up to $250,000 from Growth Capital, access to corporate partners and industry experts, $15,000 AWS credit & more.

In the last 7 years, CcHUB has supported the growth of a community that is passionate about using technology to solve local problems and transform Nigeria. One of the ways the company has done this is through our incubation program, where they provide startups with the resources and support they need to grow their businesses into sustainable companies that employ people and solve local problems.

To date, over fifty (50) ideas have enjoyed CcHUB’s support at various levels through the incubation program, some of which include Lifebank, BudgIT, WeCyclers, Truppr,  Mamalette, Stutern and Genii games.
