Infobip has expanded its partnership with Oracle by becoming an Independent Software Vendor (ISV). This will allow the cloud communications platform to integrate seamlessly with Oracle Cloud Marketplace (OCM), making its omnichannel communication solutions readily available to all Oracle users.

In a joint press release, the two organisations noted that the partnership is a win-win for all, stressing that Infobip’s ISV status and expanded presence on OCM mark a significant step forward for businesses seeking to elevate their customer engagement strategies.

Veselin Vuković, Infobip’s Global VP for Strategic Alliances & Partnerships, echoes this sentiment. “By integrating our platform with any Oracle solution, we can empower businesses to create engaging customer experiences that drive conversions, sales, and loyalty.”

Also, Stephen Streich, Oracle’s product management group vice president: “Our collaboration with Infobip empowers businesses to leverage the latest communication solutions and deliver exceptional value to their customers.”

By leveraging Infobip’s platform through OCM, businesses using any Oracle solution can now:

    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Infobip facilitates communication across various channels, including SMS, Viber, and WhatsApp, allowing businesses to connect with customers on their preferred platforms. This is particularly beneficial for sectors like banking, retail, and hospitality, where personalized communication is key.
    • Gain valuable customer insights: The integration empowers businesses to gather customer data and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly. This data can be used to improve lead nurturing and overall campaign effectiveness.
    • Unify communication channels: Infobip bridges the gap between different communication channels, enabling seamless conversation flow. Customers can effortlessly switch between channels without disruption, ensuring they receive time-sensitive information and alerts.
    • Boost sales and customer loyalty: Effective communication fosters stronger customer relationships, leading to increased sales and brand loyalty.
