    Zenith Bank completes successful IT infrastructure migration

    Zenith Bank PLC has successfully completed a major Information Technology infrastructure migration, which aimed to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

    In a message to customers, Group Managing Director/CEO, Dame Dr. Adaora Umeoji, expressed gratitude for customer patience and understanding during the transition period. She acknowledged the temporary inconveniences experienced by some customers and assured them that the bank has now implemented a state-of-the-art technology infrastructure.

    “This significant investment underscores our commitment to providing superior service delivery and memorable banking experiences across all touchpoints,” Dame Adaora stated.

    Zenith Bank remains dedicated to innovation and customer satisfaction, continuously introducing new products and services to meet the evolving needs of its diverse clientele.
