Sophos, a global cybersecurity innovator, has launched MSP Elevate, a new program designed to significantly boost the business growth and profitability of Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The program offers a compelling suite of advantages, empowering MSPs to deliver superior cybersecurity defenses through the unified Sophos Central platform. Here are seven key benefits MSPs can leverage through the MSP Elevate program:

    1. Exclusive Access to the Sophos MDR Bundle for MSP: This premier offering includes Sophos MDR Complete, providing 24/7 incident response, a full year of data retention, Sophos Network Detection and Response (NDR), and all Sophos integration packs. This comprehensive bundle allows MSPs to harness the full spectrum of customer telemetry, dramatically accelerating threat detection and response capabilities.

    2. Simplified Sales Process: The new MDR Bundle for MSP streamlines deployment and reduces operational overhead. With a single SKU, partners can efficiently allocate comprehensive MDR coverage to their clients, both now and in the future, saving valuable time and resources.

    3. Discounted Network-in-a-Box Hardware Bundle: MSP Elevate provides access to Sophos’ advanced network security solutions at a significant discount. This includes Sophos Firewall, Sophos Switch, and Sophos Wireless Access Points, all seamlessly managed through Sophos Central. These integrated products work in concert to automate threat response across the network.

    4. Growth-Based Rebates: Recognizing and rewarding partner success, the program offers growth-based rebates. MSPs that increase their Sophos MSP monthly billings will be acknowledged and financially incentivized, fostering a mutually beneficial growth trajectory.

    5. Architect-Level Training Courses: To enhance in-house service delivery capabilities, MSP Elevate provides access to specialized training courses on Sophos Endpoint and Sophos Firewall. This empowers MSPs to deepen their expertise and offer more comprehensive services to their clients.

    6. Invite-Only Access to Sophos Summits: Exclusive access to Sophos Summits offers invaluable opportunities for hands-on training, enablement sessions with Sophos experts, attendance at exclusive events, and direct engagement with Sophos executive leadership. This allows MSPs to influence the Sophos roadmap and MSP strategy.

    7. Future Benefits: Sophos is committed to the ongoing evolution of the MSP Elevate program, with plans to introduce new benefits designed to further enhance MSP profitability, strengthen customer defenses, and increase their overall value as service providers.

Chris Bell, senior vice president of global channel, alliances and corporate development at Sophos, emphasized the company’s channel-first commitment, stating, “MSP Elevate is the first of many business-driving MSP programs following the powerhouse union of Sophos and Secureworks. We are constantly looking for opportunities to reward our partners and invest in their success when they grow their business with us.”

Raja Patel, chief product officer at Sophos, highlighted the power of the exclusive MDR bundle: “MSP Elevate enables MSPs to quickly deploy a comprehensive MDR service that eliminates blind spots by leveraging all available telemetry from across the customers’ environment. This enhanced visibility accelerates threat detection and response while delivering improved return for customers on their existing technology investments.”

To participate in MSP Elevate, MSPs need to be part of the existing MSP Flex program and commit to a minimum monthly spend for a 12-month period. The program underscores Sophos’ dedication to empowering MSPs with the tools and resources necessary to thrive in the increasingly complex cybersecurity landscape.
