Inside QNET’s push for ethical entrepreneurship and purpose-driven innovation

For QNET, direct selling isn’t just about products — it’s about purpose, empowerment, and responsible growth.

That message echoed strongly during its recent virtual media dialogue, “Beyond VCON: Media Insights from VCON 2025,” held on October 15, 2025. The event reunited Nigerian journalists who attended QNET’s global V-Convention (VCON) in Penang, Malaysia — a gathering of over 10,000 entrepreneurs from more than 50 countries.

Ayokunmi Solesi, QNET’s Country Manager for Nigeria, described the convention as “a celebration of entrepreneurship, innovation, and purpose.” He said the company’s focus in Nigeria rests on three key pillars — empowerment, community, and innovation.

“QNET is about building responsibly and ensuring we lift others as we grow,” he said.

Reflecting on the convention, Juliet Umeh, Assistant High-Tech Editor at Vanguard Newspaper, said the experience went beyond business coverage. “It wasn’t just an event; it was an experience that celebrated community and resilience,” she said. “I saw how QNET’s RYTHM philosophy — Raise Yourself to Help Mankind — drives its commitment to wellness and empowerment.”

Adeyemi Adepetu of The Guardian Newspaper added that QNET’s organization and hospitality were world-class. “From the airport reception to the global networking sessions, everything was perfectly curated,” he said. “You could feel the company’s authenticity and commitment to empowering people.”

For Sulaiman Aledeh, journalist and media executive, the human side of the brand stood out. “At VCON, I saw that QNET is not just a company — it’s a community built around improving lives,” he said.

The discussion ended with participants agreeing that accurate media storytelling is key to dispelling misconceptions and strengthening public trust in direct selling across Nigeria’s growing digital economy
