Glovo, a leading technology platform, is set to host the second edition of its flagship industry event, the Future of Commerce Summit 2.0, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the Landmark Events Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The summit will serve as a premier gathering for key stakeholders across Nigeria’s technology, digital, and commerce ecosystems. It aims to foster meaningful dialogue on the innovations shaping the nation’s commercial and logistics landscape.

Attendees will include government stakeholders and policymakers, industry leaders and innovators and entrepreneurs and tech visionaries.

This year’s summit focuses on scaling impact across Nigerian cities, with a specific emphasis on empowering Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs). Speaking on the initiative, Reni Onafeko, Interim General Manager of Glovo Nigeria, highlighted that SMBs remain the backbone of the economy.

“At Glovo, we are deeply committed to empowering local businesses and creating opportunities for SMBs to thrive in an increasingly digital economy. The Future of Commerce Summit 2.0 reflects our vision of fostering collaboration and equipping entrepreneurs with the tools and insights needed to scale sustainably.”

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, the 2026 summit will spotlight how digital platforms accelerate economic growth and inclusive digital commerce. By leveraging technology, Glovo aims to amplify the voices of local businesses and drive the conversations necessary to ensure Nigeria remains a frontrunner in the global digital marketplace.
