A new insight released by Sophos on an international cryptocurrency trading scam targeting iPhone users through popular dating apps, such as Bumble and Tinder has revealed that the scam has raked in at least $1.4 million. A new report by Atlas VPN has revealed that despite the proliferation of cybercrimes dominating the headlines of many technology-related websites for at least the last two years across the world, hacker for hire costs $250 per job while ransomware costs as little as $66 per kit. Kaspersky, a Russian multinational cybersecurity and anti-virus provider has revealed that  it blocked 14 071 malware attacks in Nigeria in the last six moths, while Kenya (10 697), and South Africa (5 499) have malware attacks in same period.
