The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), yesterday at the 2019 fourth quarter Open Forum of the NCC’s Industry Consumer Advisory Forum (ICAF) in Abuja, reiterated its commitment towards protecting telecom consumers against all forms of financial frauds.
