Following deliberations on spectrum trading guidelines by the Board of Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) at its Special Board Meeting, which held recently, the telecom regulator today announced lifting the suspended Spectrum Trading Guidelines (STG), 2018, pending the conclusion of the ongoing review of the Guidelines. A survey report by Finbold.com, which featured over 3,150 respondents from at least 120 countries and territories has revealed that 68 percent of hackers initiate attacks to be challenged, while 71 percent opting for websites.
