Dr. Leo Stan Ekeh, Chairman of Zinox Group, ignited a call for a strategic shift in brand-consumer interactions at a recent Konga 103.7FM event. Held by Nigeria’s pioneering Hit Music & Commerce Station, the gathering focused on revolutionizing consumer engagement in a fiercely competitive market. Ekeh’s core message: the “Last Mile Takeover” is the key to unlocking business success in Nigeria’s dynamic commercial landscape.

The event, themed “Consumer Last Mile Takeover – The New Key,” convened industry leaders to explore cutting-edge consumer engagement strategies. Ekeh emphasized that the final point of contact is the most valuable asset, where trust, loyalty, and value converge.

“Focus on that last engagement point,” Ekeh urged entrepreneurs, “it’s the critical pivot.” He articulated his belief that media, specifically KongaFM, acts as the strongest bridge between brands and consumers. This vision, powered by AI and advanced technology, led to the creation of Konga 103.7FM.

Ifeoma Ajumobi, Head of KongaFM, detailed the station’s unique architecture, a platform designed to provide robust support for brands while delivering premium entertainment. Launched in January 2025, the station has quickly gained traction, establishing itself as a powerful consumer engagement tool.

Brand representatives from Samsung, Nivea, Checkers Custard, Kenya Airways, Emzor Pharmaceuticals, Xiaomi, and LG lauded KongaFM’s innovative approach. Peggy Abengowe of Checkers Custard praised its impact on distribution and visibility, while Oge Maduagwu of Samsung Electronics West Africa highlighted its blend of commerce and technology. Rachael Okeke of Emzor Pharmaceuticals described it as a “win-win.”

The event concluded with a unified call for businesses to capitalize on KongaFM’s unique opportunities, with Ekeh stressing the importance of boldness.

Konga 103.7 FM, a Zinox Group and Konga initiative, is redefining radio’s role in Nigeria’s digital commerce era. It connects brands with consumers through music, storytelling, and targeted promotions.

Interested businesses can explore partnership opportunities via @Konga103.7FM on social media or experience the platform’s live programming on its official website.
