PlentyWaka, a bus sharing solution that offers commuters, especially in Lagos convenience, safety and comfort in their daily rides, has hit a milestone of 100, 000 rides in its first six it ventured into the public transportation space in Lagos.
The technology company made the announcement via its newsletter today.
“It has been 6 amazing months since we commenced operation on September 16, 2019, and we have successfully completed 100,000 rides,” it announced.
PlentyWaka added that the milestones are owned to its numerous passengers for their continued patronage and support, noting that such supports have made their dream of changing the public transportation narrative a reality and we look forward to many more milestones.
“Thank you, our esteemed riders, for choosing us to help you move better,” it appreciates.
Plentywaka is a bus sharing platform, which allows commuters to schedule their rides from their preferred pick-up locations to their desired destination. The platform, which many Nigerians described as a novel innovation, kicked off operations on its pilot route being Ajah-CMS-Ajah. It has since expanded routes to other parts of the Island and recently, the Mainland.
