As part of its commitment to reward performance, discipline and productivity, Skye Bank has promoted over 875 workers, after its 2017 annual staff performance review.

The bank in a statement by the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Tokunbo Abiru, said the 875 staff deserved the promotion due to their dedication, commitment and conscientiousness, which have led to productivity by the bank.

“Your promotions, which are well deserved, come as a reward for dedication, commitment and conscientiousness, which you have exhibited over time in your diverse responsibilities” the statement reads.

The promotion, according to the bank cuts across  cadres, and is in line with its commitment to reward workers who performed well during the past financial year, adding that the Management is unwavering in its commitment to ensuring that industrious performance that clearly impacts positively on the Bank’s bottom line will always be rewarded appropriately.

Abiru also urged the staff to continue to work hard, assuring that those who delivered would earn commensurate benefits.

Skye Bank is one of Nigeria’s leading retail bank with a wide-ranging electronic solutions promoting consumer lifestyle and e-commerce experience for its custom.
