    Uzodimma lauds Leo Stan Ekeh’s Entrepreneurial Initiative in Imo

    Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has praised the Chairman of the Zinox Group, Chief Leo Stan Ekeh, for his significant contributions to the development of the state. Governor Uzodimma urged other successful Imo indigenes to emulate Ekeh’s commitment to empowering youths and giving back to the community.

    Speaking at the graduation ceremony of the Leo Stan Ekeh Foundation’s Free Entrepreneurship Programme at Imo State University, Owerri, Governor Uzodimma emphasized that Ekeh’s initiative aligns perfectly with his administration’s Shared Prosperity Initiative. He encouraged other wealthy Imolites to support similar programs that aim to improve the lives of the state’s residents.

    The Governor, represented by his Deputy, Lady Chinyere Ihuoma Ekomaru, expressed his delight at witnessing the graduation ceremony and welcomed the Leo Stan Ekeh Foundation and its guests to Imo State. He congratulated the graduates and encouraged them to make the most of the skills they acquired during the training.

    “Chief Leo Stan Ekeh has built businesses, built and still building people, who have built and still building businesses,” the Governor said. He commended Ekeh for his philanthropic efforts and for empowering countless individuals.

    Addressing the graduates, Governor Uzodimma urged them to seize the opportunities presented to them and make a positive impact on the world. He highlighted the importance of hard work, perseverance, and giving back to society.

    The Governor emphasized that the Leo Stan Ekeh Foundation’s program is in line with his administration’s focus on youth empowerment. He pledged continued partnership with the foundation to enhance the economic well-being of Imo State residents further.

    Chief Leo Stan Ekeh, in his address, expressed his gratitude to Governor Uzodimma for his support and encouragement. He urged the graduates to remain focused on their goals and to strive for excellence in their endeavors.

    The Vice Chancellor of Imo State University, Prof. U. U Chukwumaeze, also expressed his appreciation for Governor Uzodimma’s support and thanked Chief Ekeh for bringing the entrepreneurship program to the university.

    The highlight of the event was the presentation of Zinox tablets to all the graduates by the Leo Stan Ekeh Foundation. Other dignitaries present included the Commissioner for Tertiary and Technical Education, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor, and representatives of the Leo Stan Ekeh Foundation.
