It also includes a virtual and in-person care ecosystem providing integrated encrypted chat and high-quality video consultations via Daily.co for seamless telehealth access. Furthermore, the platform embeds insurance and financial tools, including an in-app wallet powered by 1app for multi-currency top-ups and native access to health insurance products from Curacel’s partner network. Finally, it relies on an accessibility-first infrastructure built as an NDPR-compliant, end-to-end encrypted Progressive Web App (PWA) that installs seamlessly on Android, iOS, or desktop without requiring an app store download and includes offline functionality.
