…. Named Bola Ray as strategic partner for Sub-Saharan Africa
IGNITE Social Enterprise has unveiled four new wellness, skincare, lifestyle and digital learning products at an international launch event at Atlantis Dubai, alongside the appointment of Ghanaian media entrepreneur Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi, popularly known as Bola Ray, as its Strategic Partner for Sub-Saharan Africa and a member of its Global Advisory Board.
According to the company, the product launch marks an expansion of IGNITE’s portfolio, which combines consumer products with digital learning and business development opportunities for independent brand affiliates.
The four brands introduced at the event are SANAREY Aria Wellness Pendant, BRIGHT Skincare, SENA Watches and brAINify, an artificial intelligence-powered digital learning platform.
SANAREY Aria Wellness Pendant features the company’s proprietary Sanarey Fusion Technology, which IGNITE says is designed to address environmental electromagnetic exposure and support focus and recovery.
BRIGHT Skincare is a South Korean-developed skincare range featuring polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) formulations, while SENA Watches offers automatic timepieces assembled in Malaysia with Japanese Miyota movements, sapphire crystal and stainless steel cases.
The fourth product, brAINify, provides digital literacy and AI skills training, including modules covering social marketing, digital commerce and automated business management.
IGNITE said the products would be introduced progressively across Sub-Saharan African markets, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and market readiness.
Bola Ray’s appointment is expected to support the company’s regional expansion strategy, particularly in West Africa, where Nigeria’s growing digital economy, social commerce and creative industries present opportunities for digital enterprise.
In his new role, Bola Ray will advise on regional growth, youth entrepreneurship and cross-border commercial engagement.
“Across Sub-Saharan Africa, millions of ambitious individuals are looking for legitimate, forward-looking vehicles to monetize digital networks, build sustainable enterprises, and participate directly in the local and international economy,” he said.
He added that IGNITE’s model combines consumer products with AI-based learning to equip entrepreneurs with digital business skills and tools for operating across markets.
The company also introduced its Global Advisory Board, chaired by Malaysian corporate leader Dato’ Sri Subahan Kamal. Other members named in the announcement include biophysicists Dr Konstantin Korotkov and Dr Beverly Rubik, alongside Bola Ray.
According to IGNITE, the board will provide guidance on long-term strategy, ethical compliance, governance and sustainable enterprise development across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
“As IGNITE scales across international markets, our footprint must be defined by strict operational transparency, ethical standards, and genuine value creation for our partners,” Subahan Kamal said.
He described Bola Ray’s appointment as an opportunity to strengthen the company’s understanding of African markets and support a structured regional rollout.
The announcement positions Nigeria as a key market in IGNITE’s Sub-Saharan African expansion plans. However, the company said distribution would be phased, with availability dependent on local regulatory frameworks and market infrastructure.
