ALX, Africa’s premier tech career accelerator, proudly announces that 21 exceptional learners from its Pathway program have been awarded prestigious Mastercard Foundation scholarships to pursue further studies at the African Leadership College of Higher Education (ALCHE). Notably, seven of these outstanding scholars hail from Nigeria, solidifying the nation’s position as a breeding ground for high-caliber talent within ALX’s transformative ecosystem.

The ALX Pathway program equips Africa’s future leaders with vital skills, robust networks, and access to life-altering opportunities in high-demand industries, serving as a springboard to global universities and scholarships.

“At ALX, we believe in unleashing Africa’s potential by empowering its people,” stated Oluwapelumi Thomas, Learning Community Experience Specialist at ALX Nigeria. “These scholarships to ALCHE, facilitated by the Mastercard Foundation, exemplify the boundless potential of talent when nurtured with the right opportunities. We are immensely proud of our learners.”

The Nigerian scholarship recipients include: Ayomide Samson Ajayi, Effiong Immaculata Emmanuel, Hanif Olayiwola, Chigozie Emmanuel Ndubuaku, Peace Chidinma Chukwuka, Chibuzor Moses Uzowuru, and Chisom Obueze Louisa.

The Mastercard Foundation scholarships will provide comprehensive support, including full tuition and stipends, enabling these scholars to receive world-class education at ALCHE.
