The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has suspended all forms of processing fees charged on all cash deposits above N500,000 for Individuals and N3,000,000 for corporate thresholds with immediate effect. A whopping 5.2 billion messaging interactions were recorded during this year’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday, data from Infobip has shown. This is an indication of the dominance of conversational experiences, mostly messaging, for customer communications.
