More than 600,000 small shops and open-air markets dominate the retail landscape in Nigeria, accounting for 97%+ of national sales of food, beverages, and personal care products, a report by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has disclosed. Infobip, a global company with cloud communications expertise has sealed a partnership with Microsoft by leveraging its WhatsApp and SMS channels to help businesses to deepen customer relationships, increase loyalty and boost sales.
