Nigeria based Flutterwave has partnered global payment company, Visa to launch GetBarter, an application that allows consumers and merchants to make and accept payments locally and internationally. According to a statement in Lagos, Flutterwave explained that the GetBarter app is a lifestyle payment solution that operates globally with an initial user base in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and South Africa.   The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), yesterday in Abuja unveiled four policy document, which will ostensibly facilitate the attainment of the financial inclusion target of 80 percent by the year 2020.
