    FCMB partners with Infobip to drive growth through conversational banking

    First City Monument Bank (FCMB), a leading Nigerian financial institution, has partnered with Infobip, a global cloud communications platform, to enhance its customer experience and drive growth. By leveraging Infobip’s conversational banking solution, FCMB aims to provide more accessible and convenient banking services to its customers.

    “Working with Infobip has allowed us to transform our banking services into a more integrated and personalized experience. Our customers can now easily interact with the bank through their preferred messaging apps, simplifying transactions and building trust,” said Oluwole Coker, Head of Mobile and Internet Banking at FCMB.
