Leading digital financial services platform, FlashChange, has announced plans to host its quarterly webinar themed “Africa’s Digital Future: Talent, Trust & Technology”, bringing together industry leaders, technology experts, policymakers, and young professionals to discuss the critical pillars shaping Africa’s digital transformation journey.

Scheduled to be held virtually on Thursday, 16 July 2026, at 6:00 pm, the webinar will provide a platform for meaningful conversations on how Africa can harness its growing talent pool, strengthen digital trust, and leverage emerging technologies to drive sustainable economic growth and innovation across the continent.

As Africa’s digital economy continues to expand rapidly, the need for skilled talent, secure digital ecosystems, and technology-driven solutions has become more important than ever. The webinar will explore practical strategies for developing future-ready digital skills, fostering trust in online transactions, and creating an enabling environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Speaking ahead of the event, the Chief Communications Officer at FlashChange, Ememobong Udofot, FlashChange, said the webinar aligns with the company’s commitment to promoting knowledge sharing and supporting conversations that advance Africa’s digital economy.

“Africa stands at a defining moment in its digital evolution. To fully unlock the continent’s potential, we must invest in talent development, build trust in digital systems, and embrace technology as a catalyst for inclusive growth. This webinar is designed to bring together diverse perspectives and actionable insights that can help shape a more prosperous digital future for Africa,” he said.

Participants will gain valuable insights from experienced professionals across the technology, fintech, and business sectors, while also engaging in interactive discussions on opportunities and challenges within Africa’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The quarterly webinar series is part of FlashChange’s broader thought leadership initiative aimed at fostering innovation, financial inclusion, and digital literacy across Africa. Through these engagements, the company continues to create platforms that connect stakeholders, inspire collaboration, and contribute to the growth of the continent’s digital ecosystem.
