Global communications platform Infobip has been named the top RCS Business Messaging provider by Juniper Research.

In its 2024 RCS Business Messaging Competitor Leaderboard, Juniper Research recognized Infobip for its superior product, strong market position, and enhanced capabilities. The analyst firm evaluated vendors on various factors, including global reach, strategic partnerships, innovative RCS services, and successful deployments.

Key factors contributing to Infobip’s top ranking include:

    • Pioneering RCS in the US: Infobip is the first communications platform in the Americas to have an active RCS platform connected to telecom providers. It currently partners with Verizon and is expanding its network to include additional carriers.
    • Comprehensive Value-Added Services: Infobip offers a suite of value-added services, such as conversational AI, People CDP, and CPaaS X, to enhance its messaging portfolio and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Strong Partnerships and Global Reach: Infobip’s extensive partnerships with mobile operators worldwide enable it to drive the growth of RCS business messaging on a global scale.
    • Innovative RCS Solutions: Infobip empowers businesses to create engaging and interactive customer experiences through its advanced RCS Business Messaging solution. By integrating AI capabilities like Google Vertex AI, Infobip enables businesses to leverage conversational AI and AI-powered chatbots on RCS.

Silvio Kutić, CEO of Infobip, commented: “RCS is the future of SMS, offering rich, interactive experiences directly on consumers’ devices. With Apple’s recent adoption of RCS, it’s now universally available, poised to drive significant growth in RCS business messaging over the next five years. As pioneers in global omnichannel communications, we’re proud to lead the market with innovative solutions. Our top ranking in Juniper’s leaderboard is a testament to our commitment to excellence.”
