Infobip has again been recognized as a leader in Omdia’s 2025 CPaaS Universe report, making it the third time the global communications platform will be achieving this recognition and improving its overall ranking since the previous 2023 report.

Omdia’s analysis highlights Infobip’s robust Communication Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) offerings, impactful RCS Business Messaging (RBM) campaigns, its role in the emerging Network API ecosystem, and its innovative integration of AI and Gen AI. The Omdia CPaaS Universe report provides a comprehensive evaluation of the CPaaS market based on forecasting and enterprise insights.

Pamela Clark-Dickson, Principal Analyst at Omdia, noted, “Infobip offers a wide array of communication channels and APIs. A key differentiator is their proactive adoption of emerging business messaging channels like RCS and their contribution to the developing Network API ecosystem. Furthermore, their integration of innovative AI and Gen AI features helps customers achieve their business goals.”

Also reacting to the ranking, Silvio Kutić, CEO of Infobip, stated, “We are committed to driving innovation in the communications platform space. Our CPaaS platform, with over 9,700 telco connections, is a leading choice for diverse communication and customer engagement needs. Omdia’s recognition of our AI and Gen AI integration underscores our focus on creating new possibilities and enhancing existing solutions, which has strengthened our market leadership this year.”
