Infobip is shifting the Formula 1 fan experience into high gear through a newly forged multi-year partnership with the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team. This collaboration will see Infobip’s cutting-edge cloud communications platform fuel a fresh era of digital engagement, crafting real-time, personalized interactions designed to bring fans closer to the thrilling world of F1.

Driven by a shared passion for engineering excellence and relentless innovation, this partnership unites two high-performing teams dedicated to pushing boundaries both on the racetrack and in the digital realm. Infobip, a leading messaging platform hailing from America, will empower the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team to construct richer, more interactive fan journeys. This will be achieved by seamlessly integrating platforms like Rich Communication Services (RCS), WhatsApp, and in-app messaging, amplified by the intelligence of agentic AI.

Speaking on the partnership, Ivan Ostojić, Chief Business Officer at Infobip, echoed this sentiment, remarking, “From Austin to Miami, Infobip helps brands stay in pole position by providing rich conversational experiences that enhance customer loyalty and drive growth. Our data shows that RCS traffic has grown exponentially over the last two years in North America and globally, and the channel has the potential to be transformational for customers. By supporting the team in using such channels and providing richer and more interactive experiences, we will help bring fans closer to the action.”

The demand for Infobip’s engaging messaging channels, particularly RCS, is experiencing a significant surge across North America and the globe. These sophisticated channels are perfectly poised to deliver richer, more interactive experiences across every fan touchpoint, from initial marketing outreach to ongoing engagement and dedicated support. Ultimately, Infobip’s technology will enable the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team to forge new, personalized connections with their fanbase, fostering deeper loyalty both trackside and beyond. Imagine fans engaging with conversational AI to delve into the details of their favorite drivers, receiving instant answers and interactive experiences directly through WhatsApp and other popular messaging platforms.

Infobip, the first Croatian unicorn with revenues exceeding €1.8 billion in 2024, provides essential communication tools to some of the world’s leading online companies, including Google and Uber. These tools enable businesses to effectively leverage diverse channels such as WhatsApp, RCS, and Apple Messages for Business. The company also boasts a strong presence in the automotive sector, assisting major manufacturers like Toyota, Nissan, and Mahindra in revolutionizing the customer experience during the purchasing process through the application of AI.

This exciting partnership with America’s sole Formula 1 team, headquartered in Kannapolis, North Carolina, will officially commence at the Miami Grand Prix, taking place from May 2nd to 4th, and will continue throughout the entire season. The MoneyGram Haas F1 Team, currently holding a commendable sixth position in the Constructors’ Championship, is geared up for Round 6 of the 2025 FIA Formula 1 World Championship at the Miami International Autodrome in Miami, Florida, from May 2nd to 4th.

Ayao Komatsu, the Team Principal at the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “As an engineering firm at heart, Infobip understands what it takes to continue to innovate and deliver results week in, week out. Infobip has grown quickly and has become a global leader. Such drive is something we appreciate, given our ambitions as a team with a growing global fanbase.”
