Infobip, a leading global cloud communications platform, has been named the number one provider among Established Leaders in the Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) Fraud Prevention market by Juniper Research. This recognition highlights Infobip’s exceptional capabilities and products in combating this growing threat.

Juniper Research evaluated 18 vendors based on a comprehensive scoring system that considers factors like market size, partnerships, coverage, and product strength. Infobip emerged victorious, excelling in all these areas and three additional categories.

Infobip’s success stems from its robust solution for AIT fraud detection and prevention. Their “Infobip Signals” offering plays a key role by monitoring phone number behavior to identify and block suspicious activity. Additionally, Infobip leverages advanced AI and machine learning algorithms to detect and block fraudulent OTP traffic, providing automated protection for businesses.

According to Georgia Allen, a Research Analyst at Juniper Research, Infobip’s extensive messaging client base provides valuable data for developing future AIT detection and prevention strategies. Their expansion into North America and Western Europe, regions with high AIT fraud occurrences, further strengthens their position as a leader.

“We are honored to be recognized by Juniper Research as the leading provider of AIT Fraud Prevention solutions. Our ‘Infobip Signals’ solution has demonstrably reduced AIT fraud attempts and saved our customers millions. We remain committed to innovation and investment in this critical area, protecting our customers and the wider messaging ecosystem,” said Goran Juršić, VP of Business Intelligence at Infobip.
