IT Horizons, a leading African technology partner, joined forces with CEBAR, an international education consulting firm, for the recently concluded Abuja Educators Conference 2024. The event, themed “Envoys of Change: Developing Content, Character, and Capacity,” brought together educators, policymakers, and industry experts to discuss key issues in education.

Mrs. Carol Barlow, CEO of CEBAR, emphasized the conference’s importance in addressing critical challenges and driving transformative change in education. The theme aimed to explore how educators can build capacity to foster a more effective and inclusive education system.

Also, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, former Minister of Education, represented by Dr. Jude Akubude, highlighted the importance of equipping students with intellectual tools, a moral compass, and practical skills for navigating the world.

IT Horizons underscored the need for innovative teaching methods and character development. The company emphasized the integration of education and technology to create a smart learning environment with features like digital libraries and blended learning.

The collaboration between IT Horizons and CEBAR signifies a commitment to enhancing educational standards and technological innovation across Africa. By empowering educators with transformative solutions, the partnership aims to foster learning excellence and prepare students for a dynamic future.
