    Dear Customers,

Greetings from all of us at Galaxy Backbone and we hope you and your family are staying healthy even as the world and indeed our dear nation continues to look for innovative ways to prevent and manage the effects of the Corona Virus Pandemic.

Galaxy Backbone has put in place measures to ensure minimal service disruptions during this period.   In this regard, we have set up the GBB Covid-19 Action Team to activate and implement our Business Continuity Plans to ensure that our operations continue to run seamlessly round the clock; 7 days a week, even while our employees adhere strictly with safety guidelines as issued by the Federal Ministry Health and its parastatals.

Also, in our role as the Digital Infrastructure and Technology Services Provider to the Federal Government, under the able leadership of the Minister Of Communications and Digital Economy – Dr. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, we will be making all effort to ensure that communications technologies (Voice and Video Conferencing, Email and other Online services) already deployed at government institutions are fully operational to aid public officers as they carry out their official duties.

We remain committed to providing services during these trying times. Remember, let’s help each other as much as possible and together we will beat this and come out stronger. Thank you!

    Yours Sincerely,

    Professor Muhammad Abubakar
