    NiTA 2019: CWG wins Technology Support Company of the Year

    Nigeria’s CWG Plc was on Saturday in Lagos awarded the Technology Services & Support Company of the Year at the Nigeria Technology Awards (NiTA) ahead of the other five companies who were also shortlisted for the award category.

    Presenting the award to CWG, Mrs. Patience Tebowei, Chief Executive Officer of Phoges Tech, noted that the Technology Services & Support Company of the Year award to CWG is a general public endorsement of the company’s technology innovations, creativity, hard work and dedication.

    “We want to say congratulation to CWG Plc. We believe this is just the beginning of good things to come and we implore you to do more in promoting the use of technology in Nigeria,” she challenged.

    Receiving the award on behalf of CWG, Mr. Olumuyiwa Dosunmu, Brand & Communications Executive at CWG stated that the award stands as a recognition of CWG’s efforts at enabling businesses in Nigeria and other countries it has operations or growth.

    “We are happy to have received this award today. For us, it is a call to do more because to whom more is given, more is also expected,” he said.

    The NIGERIA Technology Awards (NiTA) is an award organized to celebrate and reward Technology Entrepreneurs, Innovators, Inventors, Academicians and policymakers (Government) in Nigeria.

    The objective is to promote and commend the excellent achievements to which Nigeria Technology professionals and organizations contribute towards building a sustainable economy using technology, the Awards also aimed to encourage local practitioners to develop innovative and creative Technology solutions, which will uplift the image of Nigeria both locally and internationally.
