In a significant victory for the Nigerian technology sector, Task Systems Limited has been honoured with the prestigious Microsoft Best Partner Award. The award was presented at the Microsoft Ignite 2025 event in California, bringing a positive spotlight to Nigeria’s corporate reputation on the global stage.

Task Systems, a member of the Zinox Group, emerged as the only winner from West Africa. The indigenous firm was one of only 42 winners selected from over 4,600 nominations spanning 100 countries. This recognition highlights Task Systems’ excellence in Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Cloud computing, and enterprise innovation.

Global Recognition of Excellence Nicole Dezen, Chief Partner Officer at Microsoft, emphasized the competitiveness of this year’s awards.

“This year, we received more than 4,600 nominations… Every submission showcased innovation, technical excellence, and inclusion as partners bring transformative solutions to market.”

Leadership and Vision Mrs. Gozy Ijogun, the under-35 CEO of Task Systems, received the award in the US. She dedicated the victory to the resilience and innovation of Nigerian professionals.

    • The Mandate: Since her appointment in April 2023, Mrs. Ijogun has steered the company toward greater efficiency and profitability despite a volatile economic climate.
    • The Track Record: An LSE and UCL alumna, Mrs. Ijogun previously made headlines for generating N38 billion in revenue during her first year leading TD-Mobile.

Founded in 1987, Task Systems has evolved into a leading systems integrator, servicing major multinationals like Shell, Chevron, and Total PLC. This latest accolade joins over 27 global awards in the company’s portfolio, reinforcing Nigeria as a promising hub for high-yield investment.
