TD Africa, the undisputed leader in Africa’s technology distribution sector, has once again solidified its industry dominance by securing two prestigious awards at Huawei Day Nigeria 2025. This landmark three-day event, themed “Accelerating Industrial Intelligence,” celebrated Huawei’s 25-year journey in Nigeria and heralded a new era of AI-driven transformation.

The Grand Ballroom of the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, played host to Nigeria’s leading tech innovators, policymakers, and industry leaders for this significant occasion.

Representing TD Africa, CEO Mrs. Chioma Ekeh delivered an inspiring message emphasizing the power of collaboration. “I am excited to be here not just as a partner, but as a firm believer in the power of collaboration in shaping the future of technology across Africa,” she stated. “We cannot do this alone, and that’s why Huawei remains one of the most strategic brands we work with.”

Mr. Chris Lu, CEO of Huawei Nigeria, acknowledged TD Africa’s crucial role in Nigeria’s digital advancement in his welcome address. “As our society enters the era of industrial intelligence, technologies like connectivity, cloud, and AI have become vital. TD Africa has remained a trusted partner in building Nigeria’s digital backbone,” he affirmed.

Beyond its role as a key distribution partner, TD Africa also serves as Huawei’s cloud Managed Service Provider (MSP) and the only Authorised Service Centre (ASC) in Nigeria. This distinction underscores the company’s profound technical expertise and unparalleled service capabilities within the region.

TD Africa’s consistent excellence in distribution, comprehensive support, impactful training programs, and innovative tech service delivery was recognized with two top accolades: “Run Rate Partner of the Year” and the highly coveted “Distributor of the Year.”

These awards highlight TD Africa’s steadfast dedication to providing cutting-edge technology solutions that are transforming businesses and empowering individuals throughout the African continent. As the digital future rapidly unfolds, TD Africa stands poised at the forefront of innovation, fostering strong partnerships, and driving prosperity across Africa’s dynamic tech landscape.
