    Driving Nigeria’s Digital Future

The event served as a platform to showcase Tenda’s latest array of high-performance networking solutions and reinforce the shared commitment of both companies to power Nigeria’s digital transformation. Joseph Agema, Sales Manager for Tenda Nigeria, emphasized that this event marks a new phase in their four-year partnership with Coscharis Technologies. He expressed confidence that the growing adoption and positive feedback for Tenda products will establish the brand as a dominant force in Nigeria’s networking industry.

    New Products and Strategic Investment

Tenda unveiled a cutting-edge range of networking devices specifically designed for Internet Service Providers (ISPs), enterprise network engineers, and IT companies. These include access points, CPE radios for wireless transmission, base stations, antennas, switches, and routers. Agema clarified that these are technical-grade infrastructure solutions, not consumer-grade devices, reflecting Tenda’s focus on high performance.

    Controlled Distribution and Robust Support

To combat grey market threats and maintain product integrity, Tenda operates a controlled distribution model, exclusively partnering with trusted channels like Coscharis Technologies, its top-tier distributor in Nigeria. Coscharis provides extensive coverage and support across major cities, including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Kano.

Both companies are also dedicated to exceptional customer support and capacity building. Tenda boasts an average 30-minute support response time, offers remote and on-site technical assistance, and conducts monthly training sessions for various partner groups. Austin Ezirim, Business Manager, Products & Solutions at Coscharis Technologies and Product Manager for Tenda, noted the shift in market acceptance, stating, “In the past, we had to persuade customers just to test our products. Today, those same customers are testifying to the performance and reliability of Tenda devices.”

    Optimism Amidst Challenges

Despite challenges in Nigeria’s operating environment, such as currency instability, security concerns, and counterfeit products, both companies remain optimistic about the market’s potential. Agema urged the Nigerian government to support the ICT ecosystem through foreign exchange stability and stronger regulatory enforcement to attract further investment.

Coscharis Technologies: A Legacy of Trust and Collaboration

Sunday Mukoro, Chief Executive Officer of Coscharis Technologies, reiterated the company’s commitment to empowering its partners through collaboration, integrity, and simplicity. He highlighted Coscharis Technologies’ over 25 years of experience in the ICT sector, alongside its renowned legacy in the automotive industry. Mukoro also announced the upcoming launch of “Marketplace for Africa to Trade,” a new software platform designed to foster integrity and transparent transactions across the continent. He concluded by emphasizing Coscharis’ collaborative approach: “Winning, for us, is not about competition, it’s about collaboration. At Coscharis, we don’t compete with our partners. We support them. We speak for them. We help them win.”

This strengthened partnership between Coscharis Technologies and Tenda is set to provide reliable, affordable, and easily deployable networking solutions to the Nigerian market, fostering a robust ecosystem of trained partners and satisfied customers.
