The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has declared there is no time it appointed agent for the purpose of issuing a license to telecommunications service providers, advising that providers should process their license directly with the Commission at its head office in Abuja or any of the zonal offices situated in Lagos, Ibadan, Enugu, Port Harcourt and Kano.

“You can process your telecommunications service license directly with the Commission at its head office in Abuja or any of the zonal offices situated in Lagos, Ibadan, Enugu, Port Harcourt and Kano. NCC has not appointed any agent for the purpose of issuing a license,” the Commission posted on its official Facebook page.

Meanwhile, the NCC has encouraged Nigerians, who are being charged for undelivered text messages or services you did not subscribe to complain to their service provider and if the complaint is unresolved, they should escalate the matter to NCC with a valid complaint reference number issued to you by your service provider.
