Zoho, a global technology company, has launched new agentic AI features across its collaboration, customer experience (CX), and human resources (HR) product categories. These sophisticated capabilities are now available immediately at no additional cost across Zoho’s suite of business applications, enabling businesses to boost productivity, automate routine tasks, and focus on higher-value work.

The announcement is a major step in Zoho’s AI strategy, which is anchored by Zia Hubs (for accessing unstructured company data) and Zia LLM (Zoho’s proprietary large language model for business use). These innovations, alongside the long-standing Zia assistant, form the foundation of the company’s agentic AI approach, delivering efficiency across its platform of over 55 integrated applications.

Kehinde Ogundare, Country Head, Zoho Nigeria, explained that Zoho’s unified, homegrown technology stack removes the typical barriers to AI adoption, such as high implementation costs and fragmented systems. “Our customers don’t need to invest in third-party integrations or additional tools—the technology simply arrives and works. This approach makes AI adoption practical, affordable, and impactful for businesses across the continent,” he said.

The new agentic features build on Zoho’s existing AI ecosystem, which already includes Zia Agents, Zia Agent Studio, and Agent Marketplace. These intelligent tools allow users to perform complex, cross-functional actions, such as automatically converting sales queries from Zoho Mail into CRM leads or checking team availability before scheduling meetings.

Key Agentic AI Features Across Zoho Products:

    • Customer Experience (CX):
      • Zoho Desk now includes pre-built Zia Agents like the Resolution Expert, which learns from past support ticket resolutions to continuously improve future service quality.
      • Zoho Sign introduces Agreement Intelligence, allowing users to draft and query contracts using the Ask Zia assistant, streamlining the digital signing process without needing external tools.
    • Human Resources (HR):
      • Zoho Recruit features new agentic AI to enhance hiring. Zia’s Candidate and Job Match features analyze CVs and job descriptions for better outcomes, while AI-Assisted Assessment Generation automatically creates complete, tailored tests for each role.
    • Collaboration (Zoho Workplace):
      • AI upgrades have been introduced across Zoho Mail, Cliq, Sheet, and Tables. The enhanced Ask Zia assistant can now process multi-step commands spanning multiple applications.
      • Zoho Tables introduces AI Base Creation, enabling users to instantly generate complete data structures from a simple text prompt.

These new features underscore Zoho’s commitment to making advanced, integrated AI accessible and free to businesses of all sizes, ensuring they can leverage cutting-edge technology without the burden of extra costs.
