TD Africa, a leading technology distributor in West Africa, has launched its Managed Service Providers (MSP) service to help businesses streamline their network operations and reduce costs. The service, authorized by Huawei at the recent Huawei Connect 2024 event, leverages advanced technologies to provide a more efficient, scalable, and secure approach to network optimization.

One of the key benefits of TD Africa’s MSP is its ability to significantly reduce operational costs. By utilizing Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) technology, network deployment time is drastically reduced from days to minutes, accelerating time-to-market. Additionally, intelligent monitoring and analytics capabilities enable proactive fault identification and management, minimizing disruptions to business operations.

Powered by Huawei’s iMaster-NCE technology, the MSP offers a unified management platform for both traditional campus networks and SD-WAN. This centralized approach simplifies network administration and enhances overall efficiency.

Security is another critical aspect of TD Africa’s MSP. The platform incorporates robust security measures to protect data and infrastructure from cyber threats, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. Furthermore, the MSP’s scalability allows businesses to easily adapt to changing needs and growth, ensuring that the network infrastructure remains agile and responsive.

TD Africa’s MSP caters to a wide range of network infrastructure businesses, including Huawei, Cisco, Dlink, and more. The service can manage up to 65,000 network equipment concurrently, providing businesses with a comprehensive and intelligent solution for their networking needs.

“We are excited to introduce these innovative network services to the West African market,” said Mezie Emelonye, Head of TD Services at TD Africa. “As the newly appointed authorized service center for Huawei in the region, we are committed to delivering the highest quality technology solutions and exceptional service. Our cloud-based services offer a significant leap forward in terms of speed, efficiency, and security, and we are confident that they will become the standard for network infrastructure in West Africa.”

TD Africa’s cloud-based network services are available to businesses of all sizes across West Africa, providing a valuable tool for optimizing network operations and driving business growth.
