Infobip, a global communications platform, has again been recognized as a top performer in the CPaaS market, securing a prominent position in Metrigy’s 2024 CPaaS MetriRank Report. This marks the second consecutive year Infobip has demonstrated industry leadership.

The MetriRank report evaluates key players in the global CPaaS market across several dimensions, including market share, financial performance, product offerings, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. Infobip distinguished itself with an exceptional product portfolio and garnered high customer praise.

Beth Schultz, VP of Research at Metrigy, emphasized Infobip’s strong market presence, robust product portfolio, and effective go-to-market strategy, particularly highlighting their focus on industry-specific solutions and customer needs. “Customers are highly satisfied with Infobip. This demonstrates its strong business success metrics reflecting the company’s value,” Schultz stated.

Silvio Kutic, CEO of Infobip, expressed his pride in Metrigy’s continued recognition. “This achievement underscores our unwavering commitment to customer success and our ongoing innovation,” said Kutic.

He added that from RCS pilots with major enterprises to the integration of CPaaS and network APIs, Infobip strives to deliver the most advanced solutions and empower its customers to thrive.

Metrigy commended Infobip for its expanding go-to-market strategy, user-friendly self-service capabilities, and a thriving CPaaS ecosystem.

The report highlighted Infobip’s comprehensive product suite, encompassing a wide range of communication APIs, CPaaS X (AI-powered omnichannel solutions), and other cutting-edge offerings. Moreover, Metrigy acknowledged Infobip’s successful delivery of high-value projects and professional services in collaboration with strategic partners.

Infobip is among a select group of five companies to receive the prestigious Metrigy MetriStar Top Provider Award. This distinction recognizes technology providers whose customers have achieved significant business success and exhibit exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction.
