    Infobip to host webinar on key strategies to boost sales & create new revenue streams

    Infobip a global cloud communications platform provider enabling businesses to build connected customer experiences across multiple communication channels is set to host a complimentary webinar on Thursday 26 August 2021 by 10:00 CAT.

    At the webinar themed: ‘Key Strategies to Boost Shopping Sales and Deliver a Better Shopping Experience’, Infobip’s CX experts will discuss the importance of a unified CX, personalised digital experience, industry best practices and more.

    “Join our live webinar to unlock the power of a personalized shopping experience and increase customer loyalty,” the company announced.

    According to Infobip, the company’s CX experts will share how building a seamless customer experience and boosting retail and eCommerce sales is as simple as drag and drop with its cloud contact center solution, chatbot building platform and omnichannel customer engagement hub.

    Infobip also announced that participants will learn how to create a winning omnichannel customer experience by empowering agents with scalable technology and how to improve key metrics such as time to resolution, average wait time, and customer satisfaction with chatbots.

    Other strategies to learn include how to create personalized digital experience with data-drive customer segmentation and event-triggered automation and how to use customers’ favorite channels to boost sales and customer loyalty.

    Speakers include Doreen Kinja, Enterprise Team Lead Infobip East Africa who will speak on ‘Overcoming the customer engagement challenges caused by the new normal’.

    Chijioke Ugwuh, Partnership Development Manager, Infobip West Africa will be speaking on ‘How to deliver a unified shopping experience at every touchpoint of the customer journey…. A 360° view of the customer, cross-channel orchestration, and powerful analytics’, Joshias Du Plooy – Head of Products and Business Enablement Services, Illation, South Africa will be speaking on ‘Industry best practices: IB Customers and Partners success stories’ while Jeremy Osborne, Strategic Account Manager at Infobip SADC, will be the moderator at the webinar event.
