To celebrate its 4th anniversary, 9 Payment Service Bank (9PSB) has taken a significant step towards promoting financial literacy and education in Nigeria. The bank recently donated 10,000 branded exercise books to schools nationwide, including Crown Jewel College in Lagos, LEA Primary School in Abuja, Kano Capital School, and Shokwari Junior Secondary School in Maiduguri.

In addition to the book donation, 9PSB conducted financial literacy sessions at these schools. The initiative aims to empower students and their parents with the knowledge and tools to make informed financial decisions.

Branka Mracajac, MD/CEO of 9PSB, emphasized the bank’s commitment to financial inclusion: “By providing financial literacy education and essential resources, we aim to equip young minds with the skills to navigate the financial landscape. This aligns with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s mission to promote financial literacy nationwide.”

Mrs. Remilekun Segun Fadeyi, Principal of Crown Jewel College, expressed gratitude for the donation: “These books will undoubtedly enhance the learning experience of our students, and the financial literacy sessions have broadened their understanding of money management.”

9PSB’s CSR initiatives are focused on bridging the financial inclusion gap and supporting communities. The bank continues to invest in programs that promote education, social welfare, and financial literacy.
