PalmPay has launched ‘PalmPay Dey For You’, a customer-focused campaign reinforcing its commitment to secure, reliable, and accessible banking for millions of Nigerians.
As conversations around the safety, stability, and reliability of financial institutions receive increased attention, PalmPay is reassuring customers that it remains committed to providing a dependable banking experience backed by strong regulatory oversight, security infrastructure, and customer protection.

Customers can also use NightGuard, which provides additional protection during selected periods, while PalmPay’s in-app security tools help users review and strengthen the security of their accounts.
For customers who lose access to their phones or cards, PalmPay also provides quick-response options. Users can lock their PalmPay accounts by dialling *861*12#, while cards can be locked using *861*7*5#.
PalmPay has also strengthened its dispute-management experience through its Dispute Page, giving customers a dedicated channel to submit and monitor transaction disputes directly within the app.
