At Avancee Pinnacle, we are driven by a bold vision to transform Nigeria’s healthcare system, currently ranked 157th globally by Statista, into a model of global competitiveness. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to harness the power of Revenue Technology (RevTech) and Health Technology (HealthTech) to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that address the most pressing challenges faced by hospitals nationwide.

Since our founding, Avancee Pinnacle has emerged as a leading force in this movement. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and deep industry expertise, we have created Pay1One—Nigeria’s first fully digital platform to enhance revenue assurance within public sector healthcare institutions. Our aim is clear: to eliminate financial leakages, fight corruption, and optimise financial returns for public health institutions, from tertiary hospitals to primary care centres.

    Pay1One: A Game-Changer in Public Healthcare Finance

Co-founded by Adedamola Bowale and Tolu Oluyemi, Pay1One marks a pioneering step in addressing some of the biggest challenges facing Nigeria’s healthcare system. In a country where corruption and financial mismanagement are common in public sector institutions, we recognized the urgent need for a digital platform that could bring transparency and efficiency to revenue collection.

Through Pay1One, we’ve helped hospitals increase their revenue by at least 50% over the past three years, processing nearly $10 million across various healthcare facilities. By leveraging his data proficiency, Adedamola Bowale—one of our co-founders—designed and built the company’s database and analytics infrastructure, ensuring that service delivery is as efficient as possible. This has enabled us to automate revenue collection processes, reducing costs while maximising returns for hospitals and other public health institutions.

Since its launch in 2019, Pay1One has grown from a single-hospital pilot to being deployed across 116 public healthcare institutions, including Federal Medical Centers, Primary Health Centers, General Hospitals, and Federal Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). This rapid expansion is a testament to the value and impact of our platform in transforming healthcare revenue management.

    Reshaping Nigeria’s Healthcare Landscape

At Avancee Pinnacle, we believe that the convergence of RevTech and HealthTech has the power to reshape Nigeria’s healthcare landscape. With a rapidly growing, tech-savvy population and an increasing focus on healthcare innovation, Nigeria is uniquely positioned to embrace digital solutions that will enhance patient care, improve accessibility, and drive industry growth.

Despite the many challenges revenue and health technology companies face—such as infrastructural limitations, regulatory hurdles, and funding constraints—the synergy of these technologies presents a game-changing opportunity. Our work at Avancee Pinnacle goes beyond financial solutions. By streamlining billing, payment processing, and revenue collection, we’re enabling hospitals to focus on what truly matters: delivering quality healthcare.

As we look toward the future, we remain committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, leveraging technology to create a more transparent, efficient, and corruption-free healthcare system. By adopting a patient-centric approach and integrating advanced digital tools, we believe Nigeria can set a new standard for healthcare accessibility and affordability across the continent.

At Avancee Pinnacle, we’re not just changing the narrative—we’re writing the future of healthcare in Africa. And we believe this is only the beginning.
