The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) in the exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003, has called on stakeholders in the telecommunications industry in Nigeria for their inputs in three draft regulatory instruments. The three draft regulatory instruments are Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulations; SIM Replacement Guidelines and Spectrum Trading Guidelines.
