Following deliberations on spectrum trading guidelines by the Board of Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) at its Special Board Meeting, which held recently, the telecom regulator today announced lifting the suspended Spectrum Trading Guidelines (STG), 2018, pending the conclusion of the ongoing review of the Guidelines.
