    Galaxy Backbone welcomes on board Tijani as Minister of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy

    The management of Galaxy Backbone Limited, Nigeria’s owned last mile connectivity company that drive national development through the provision of a pervasive ICT infrastructure and services to both the public and private sector has welcome on board Dr. Bosun Tijani, the newly appointed Minister of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy.  

    “Dear Dr. Bosun Tijani, on behalf of all of us @Galaxybackbone we congratulate you on your appointment as Minister Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy,” it posted on its official Facebook page.

    It added that it is looking forward to the Minister’s inspiring leadership in the journey towards transforming Nigeria’s Digital Ecosystem.

    Meanwhile, in a meeting with his home state Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, the Minister assured that the Ministry will leverage technology and innovation to enhance productivity in manufacturing, agriculture, education and other critical sectors.

    “Following my meeting with Mr. President @officialABAT, I spent an afternoon with the Governor of my home state, His Excellency Prince  @dabiodunMFR , to share my vision for the Ministry of Communication, Innovation, and Digital Economy. We agreed that technology remains the best path to accelerated development and will partner for our collective prosperity,” he said.
