    How expertise and innovation earned Dr. Krish 2024 Data Center Personality Award

    Dr. Krishnan Ranganath, Regional Executive for West Africa at Africa Data Centres (ADC), has been recognized as the Data Center Personality of the Year at the 2024 Tech Innovation Awards (TIA).

    This prestigious award, bestowed upon him by Digital Economy Magazine in Lagos last week, acknowledges his significant contributions to the growth and development of Africa’s data center ecosystem.

    “After critical analyses of your work in the Information and Communications Technology in Nigeria and West Africa, the team had no option than to crown you the ‘Data Center Personality of the Year’, said Akin Naphtal, CEO of Instinctwave Group, owner of Digital Economy Magazine.

    With over three decades of experience in the global ICT industry, Dr. Krish as he fondly addressed in the industry has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of emerging technologies and a commitment to driving innovation. His leadership at ADC has been instrumental in shaping the future of data centers in Africa, particularly in Nigeria.

    Upon receiving the award, Dr. Krish expressed his gratitude to the organizers and industry stakeholders for their support. He emphasized the importance of collaboration and innovation in driving the growth of Africa’s digital economy.

    “I am honored to receive this recognition. It reflects the collective effort of our team at ADC and the broader industry. We are committed to delivering world-class data center solutions that empower businesses and individuals across Africa,” he told Journalists.

    This latest award adds to Dr. Krish’s impressive list of accolades, including the ” Life Time Achievement Award” at Africa’s Beacon of Information and Communications Technology Merit and Leadership Award 2023 and Most Valuabale Personalities in Nigerian digital Economy space by Knowhow Media, which he won earlier this year.
