    Programos makes sustained return to NSE with CloudIntegra investment app

    In what can be described as a bullish return, Programos Software Group, an indigenous software solution company with expertise in the computerization of business transactions in the capital markets in Africa, notably Nigeria and Ghana, is today still a strong innovation contender in that space with its CloudIntegra solution.

    The Chief Executive Officer of Programos Software, Mr. Amos Emmanuel officially announced the comeback of the solution yesterday in Lagos at the Market Data Workshop 2019, which was organized by the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

    He explained that the solution had had some hitches, largely to piracy. But today, the CloudIntegra solution, which is an investment platform for capital market operators and investors, is back and better, strengthening stock exchange and brokerage services on modern FIX (Financial Information eXchange) technology.

    “What we are exhibiting here today is our CloudIntegra software, which is an investment platform. It remains the Nigerian pioneer software for the capital market, and has been tested and trusted in the last two decades,” he told Journalists inside the exhibition booth of Programos Software at the event with the theme: ‘Partnerships, Products and the Customer.’

    He described the CloudIntegra as a state-of-the-art investor portal, and is internationally integrated with web and mobile trading terminal covering equity and bond instruments. With the solution, both stockbrokers and investors have the leverage to monitor their solution realtime stock trading services to investors: local and foreign; individuals, custodians or corporates.

    Meanwhile, Programos said it decided to be part of the Market Data Workshop because the CloudIntegra solution is linked with numerous stock market operators in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. He said the Workshop is an avenue to let investment climate to understand that the Nigerian stock exchange and capital market activities transformation have come a long way.

    That following several interventions between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the indigenous innovation contribution from Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) like Programos, the exchange has now become sufficiently automated, highly transparent and secure, mainly due to disruptive technologies that are taking over the operations.

    Amos Emmanuel, also disclosed that lost customers are returning and so redeeming market loyalty on merit, expressing appreciation on increasing local patronage.
