The Titans of Tech Conference and Exhibition (TOTCE) is gearing up for its 20th anniversary on July 26th and 27th, 2024. This milestone edition promises to be bigger than ever, with the launch of a commemorative book – “50 Most Influential ICT Innovators in Nigeria.” This publication celebrates two decades of the conference by honoring the pioneers who have shaped Nigeria’s information and communication technology (ICT) landscape.

Don Pedro Aganbi, the mastermind behind TOTCE, emphasizes the event’s significance. He envisions TOTCE as a meeting place for “thought leaders, industry experts, CEOs, and government agencies” to share ideas and shape the future of African ICT. The conference provides a platform for organizations to showcase cutting-edge solutions, collaborate with policymakers, and attract investors to Nigeria and Africa’s booming tech sector.

This year’s theme, “Tech for Good,” focuses on harnessing technology to tackle social challenges. Aganbi highlights how governments, organizations, and individuals can leverage tech to address issues like healthcare access, education equity, and poverty reduction.

TOTCE positions itself as a key player in shaping Africa’s digital future. Aganbi emphasizes the importance of strategic collaborations and utilizing technologies like 5G, AI, and Blockchain to ensure a secure and prosperous digital future.

The 20th-anniversary celebration promises a two-day extravaganza featuring opening ceremonies, exhibitions, forums on digital governance and youth participation, and a Fintech Café. The grand finale will be the much-anticipated Titans of Tech Awards, the “Tech Industry Grammy,” which honors the biggest names driving tech adoption across Nigeria and Africa.

This landmark event is expected to garner extensive media coverage, both locally and internationally, solidifying Nigeria’s position as a major player in the global ICT arena.
