Quickteller Homes, a subsidiary of Interswitch Group, is making significant strides in Nigeria’s real estate market by offering flexible installment payment plans for homeownership and property rental. At the recent SmallSmall Fair 2024, the company showcased its commitment to addressing the challenges faced by many Nigerians in securing affordable housing.

The SmallSmall Fair, an innovative event connecting businesses offering installment payment options with thousands of customers, provided a platform for Quickteller Homes to demonstrate its comprehensive ecosystem. This platform bridges the gap between tenants, landlords, and agents, offering seamless access to a variety of properties.

Olawale Akanbi, Divisional Head of Growth Marketing at Interswitch, emphasized the company’s vision of making homeownership accessible to all Nigerians. By introducing flexible payment plans, Quickteller Homes aims to alleviate the financial burden associated with securing housing.

Beyond property listings, Quickteller Homes offers a range of essential services, including financing options, utility connections, payment solutions, and home services. These services are conveniently accessible through a user-friendly digital platform.

The SmallSmall Fair 2024 highlighted how installment payment plans can empower more Nigerians to afford housing without the upfront pressure of high costs. This aligns with the fair’s broader theme of financial inclusiveness, contributing to economic empowerment and affordability.

Tunde Balogun, CEO of SmallSmall, noted the importance of credit in Nigeria’s middle-class development. The SmallSmall Fair aims to foster the growth of the credit system by connecting businesses offering installment payments with customers. The fair’s app, designed for vendors to track sales and payments, ensures a seamless experience.

Quickteller Homes’ participation in the SmallSmall Fair 2024 signifies a significant step towards a more accessible and affordable real estate market in Nigeria. By addressing immediate housing needs and contributing to long-term solutions, Quickteller Homes is transforming the way Nigerians approach homeownership and renting.
