The Association of Licensed Telecommunications Operators of Nigeria (ALTON) has backed the Federal Government’s zero-rated access to educational platforms, saying the initiative could significantly widen digital learning opportunities for Nigerians. In a statement signed by ALTON Chairman, Engr. The 40-page assessment, based on survey data from 36 African member countries, describes how AI is making attacks faster, more scalable and harder for victims and platforms to spot.
