    Breaking: GOTV increases subscription rates

    Pay TV platform has increased subscription rates of its viewing bouquets, saying it is in compliance with the new VAT rate from 5 percent -7.5 percent.

    “A slight increase has occurred on GOTV subscription fees. Please take note of this increase as you pay or renew your GOTV subscription,” one of its electronic payment partners, Quickteller disclosed via email.

    For subscribers, who pay N3, 200 for the Max Bouquet, they are expected to pay N3, 280 starting from June 2020. Joli which used to be N2, 400 will henceforth be N2, 460.

    While Jinja has been increased from N1, 600 to N1, 640; Lite is now N410 from N400.
