PalmPay, a leading neobank in Africa, is celebrating its sixth anniversary and a major milestone: reaching 35 million users in Nigeria. Since its launch in 2019, the company has become a go-to platform for daily financial transactions, driven by its mission to provide accessible and reliable banking services.

Over the past six years, PalmPay has grown from processing its first transaction to facilitating millions of transactions daily. The platform has helped small and medium-sized businesses expand, supported families in achieving their financial goals, and made managing money simpler and more secure for its users.

“PalmPay was founded on the belief that banking should be accessible, safe and rewarding for everyone. The trust our users have placed in us over the last six years is our greatest reward. Their stories prove that our solutions are not just about technology, but about empowering smarter financial habits,” said Chika Nwosu, Managing Director at PalmPay.

To mark this milestone, PalmPay has launched the Lucky Wish Campaign, which runs from September 12 to 29, 2025. The campaign will feature user success stories and reward loyal customers with prizes like Apple AirPods, iPhone 17 Pro, and Samsung A16.

Additionally, the ongoing Hustle Grant Campaign is celebrating ambitious entrepreneurs who use PalmPay’s solutions. Nine final winners will be announced in phases, with the last announcement scheduled for September 26. Each winner will receive N500,000 to help grow their business, further demonstrating PalmPay’s commitment to its users.

As PalmPay looks to the future, it remains dedicated to powering smarter banking and making a positive impact on its diverse user base.
