Bus hailing technology platform, PlentyWaka has announced that it is presently offering a ride from CMS to Lekki Phase 1/Ajah between the hours of 6:00 am – 12:00 pm daily at a flat rate of N100.
The company said the decision was taken as a result of its efforts to give comfort, convenience and safety to all passengers using the platform as a means of transportation in Lagos. “Just because we want you to enjoy comfort, convenience and safety on all trips you take from CMS to Lekki Phase 1/Ajah, we are offering rides on this route at a flat rate of N100,” it announced via its email newsletter.
It added that its pick up point at CMS is Oando and Conoil filling station.
Meanwhile, PlentyWaka has admitted that the recent ban on Okada and Keke in Lagos has seen to a tremendous increase in the demand for its service and leveraged the ban to expand its routes, grow the vehicles on the platform.
“With the recent ban on Okada and Keke in Lagos, there has been a tremendous increase in the demand for our service. We have leveraged on this by expanding our routes and growing the vehicles on our platform.
“Presently, we have over 34 vehicles on our platform running through different routes in Lagos. Our current routes include; Awoyaya-Abraham Adesanya, Abraham Adesanya-CMS, Abraham Adesanya-Eko Hotel, Abraham Adesanya-Iyana Oworo and CMS-Ojuelegba,” Precious Okhimamhe, PlentyWaka’s Public Relations Officer respond to ITPulse’s inquiry.
She added that PlentyWaka has also intensified push for more people to register their vehicles through the Plentywaka Vehicle Partnership, explaining that with the partnership, they get to register their vehicles on the platform for free and earn from 200k-600k monthly.
“As more people come on the platform, we get to increase our fleet of vehicles and expand to more routes in Lagos,” she noted.
